I got this for my friend’s birthday. When he opened it, I could tell by his face I'd nailed the perfect gift.
He's always been into Japanese culture, so I chose The Dragon King mousepad. The moment he saw it, he spent 10 minutes just appreciating all the intricate details.
The artwork is genuinely beautiful. Every detail is perfect, and you can instantly feel the premium quality just by touching it (much better than other Amazon mousepads I got in the past).
He sent me a pic of his desk set-up and he absolutely loves it. I was worried about the size but it actually fits great on his desk. Even after 2 months it still looks brand-new (no fading, no fraying edges, nothing).

I just received my mousemat and it is a fantastic addition to the smaller Japanese accents in my office. I do basic biomedical research using zebrafish to study cardiovascular development and disease, so this mat is perfect!
I recently purchased a mousepad with the topographic styling. I love this as I’m studying to be an architect and topography is something which is critical when designing! It’s symbolic of the journey I’m on. I was first drawn to the ikogai as I love traditional Japanese art, I have it on my wall and tattooed on my arm and leg!
