Return Policy

IKOGAI will accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase, under the following conditions:

- The item has no visible signs of damage.

- All original packaging is intact.

- Any signs of damage will compromise the IKOGAI guarantee.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days.

A receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) may be required.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (varies by country).

The original shipping cost will not be refunded, only the order value.


Exchanges

For exchanges, email support@ikogai.com with your order number and reason for exchange. We will review your request based on the policies outlined here.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you an update on approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically take 2-5 business days to process between financial institutions.

If you haven’t received your refund:

Damaged or Defective Items
