Hall Effect means no physical contact on actuation — a magnet triggers the switch instead of metal leaves. The result: adjustable actuation point, Rapid Trigger support, and a 100 million press rated lifespan. The Pink Lotus is Wuque Studio’s take on what a premium HE linear should feel like: 35g, smooth, full polycarbonate housing.

- Hall Effect PCB required. These switches only work in keyboards with Hall Effect-compatible PCBs. Compatible boards include: Wooting 60HE, 60HE+, Two HE, Two HE+; Mode Sonnet HE; Rainy75 HE; and other HE-rated keyboards. Standard MX hot-swap boards are not compatible.
- Full polycarbonate housing top and bottom — PC transmits RGB cleanly and produces a bright, airy sound profile distinct from nylon-housed linears.
- Adjustable actuation point (0.1mm–3.8mm) is set in your keyboard's firmware or software — not on the switch itself. No hardware modification needed.
- Rapid Trigger support: when enabled in your board's software, the switch re-arms at any point in the travel rather than waiting to return to the full rest position. Each release registers immediately, regardless of how far the key travels back up. This is the feature competitive FPS players use.
- Octagonal POM stem with T-rail system — designed to reduce wobble and maintain consistent actuation across the full lifespan.
- MX keycap footprint — compatible with all standard MX keycaps.
- Ships within 1 to 3 business days. Tracking sent by email.
- Free shipping on orders over $105. Ships globally.

A standard mechanical switch registers a keypress when two metal contacts touch. Hall Effect switches use a magnet and a sensor instead — no physical contact ever occurs. This means the actuation point can be set anywhere within the travel range, the switch never wears down from repeated contact, and the rated lifespan is 100 million presses versus 50–70 million for most mechanicals. It is also what makes Rapid Trigger possible.
Rapid Trigger is a firmware feature — available on Wooting boards and other HE-compatible keyboards — that re-arms the switch the moment it starts travelling back up, rather than waiting for it to return to its full rest position. In practice this means you can spam a key faster and with less movement. It is used heavily in competitive FPS for movement keys (WASD counter-strafing) and is one of the main reasons players upgrade to Hall Effect. If you play competitively, it makes a real difference. If you type or play casually, it is a nice-to-have.
Only in Hall Effect-compatible keyboards. The PCB must be designed for HE switches — a standard MX hot-swap board cannot read the magnetic signal. Compatible keyboards include the Wooting 60HE, 60HE+, Two HE, and Two HE+; the Mode Sonnet HE; the Rainy75 HE; and other boards labelled as HE or Hall Effect. If your keyboard is not listed as HE-compatible, these switches will not function in it.
Through your keyboard's software — Wooting uses the Wootility app; other boards have their own configurators. You set the actuation point per-key, anywhere between 0.1mm and 3.8mm, with no hardware modification. Gaming players typically set WASD to 0.1–0.3mm for maximum speed and other keys to 1.5–2.0mm to avoid misfires during normal use.
The Pink Lotus comes factory lubed and is ready to install. Additional lubing is optional — a thin coat of 205g0 on the stem rails will smooth the already light feel. Do not lube near the magnet or the sensor housing at the bottom of the switch.
100% full-size — up to 110. TKL (80%) — around 87. 75% layout — around 84. 65% — around 68. 60% — around 61. Most Hall Effect boards are 60% or 65% layouts, so 70 switches covers the majority of builds with spares.
