"Overall I'm very happy with the shipping times and packaging, the mousepad has a smooth and silky glide underneath my Ninjutso Sora v2 with stock skates. The print quality is much better than I expected in person and the stitching is complete to perfection, very kind and rapid within the customer enquiries/support. The designs created by IKOGAI look sensational and I would purchase all of them if I had the space to place them (and the funds to do it). Even though it is run by a small team (from my knowledge 2 people) the response times are near instant and reasonable. I have no critiques about anything so far. It is a more glide-like mousepad than a grippier one, which is great for games like Valorant or Marvel Rivals.
